The Ontario Employment Education & Research Centre (OEERC) is a new charitable organization whose mission is to provide information and support to workers who experience violations of their employment rights, to educate workers on their rights under employment legislation, and to conduct research into violations of legislated rights at work.

The OEERC operates a Workers’ Rights Information Line, where workers can call in to get information and support about a problem in their workplace. Callers to the Workers’ Rights Information Line are also invited to attend a Workers’ Rights Clinic, where they can receive general information on employment standards and rights in the workplace.

In 2008, the OEERC will be developing this website to provide links to workers’ rights information and support.
